3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and enrolled in or affiliated with a recognized educational program or licensed professional practice to use this Service. By using TherapyLab, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

• Harass, abuse, or harm others through the Service

5. Educational Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: TherapyLab is a training and educational tool only. The AI simulations do not constitute actual therapy or clinical services. Users should not rely on the Service as a substitute for:

• Professional supervision and guidance
• Clinical judgment in real-world practice
• Licensure or certification requirements
• Actual clinical experience with real clients

The Service is designed to supplement, not replace, traditional clinical training and supervision.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Property

The Service, including all content, features, functionality, software, and artificial intelligence models, is owned by TherapyLab and protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service. However, by using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your content to provide and improve the Service, generate analytics, and for research purposes (in de-identified form).

6.3 Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us the right to use such feedback without compensation or obligation to you.

7. Payment and Subscription Terms

7.1 Fees

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated in our refund policy.

7.2 Billing

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THERAPYLAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

9.3 Cap on Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TherapyLab, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of third parties
• Your violation of applicable laws or regulations

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
